Privacy PolicyEffective July 26, 2026

01

Summary

TryClock does not require an account and DUST LINE does not collect or sell your personal information through the app. Item details, dates, notes, and settings are stored locally on your Android device. Optional Premium purchases are processed by Google Play.

02

Data stored on your device

TryClock may store the following information locally:

  • Item names, retailers, prices, dates, statuses, and notes
  • References to photos or documents you select
  • Reminder and language preferences
  • A local Premium entitlement flag after Google Play confirms a purchase

TryClock keeps a reference to a selected photo or document; the original file remains managed by your device or chosen storage provider. If Android device backup is enabled, Android may back up the local app database under your Google account settings.

03

Google Play purchases

TryClock offers an optional one-time Premium purchase. Google Play processes the transaction under Google’s terms and privacy policy. TryClock receives purchase status and product information needed to unlock or restore Premium. DUST LINE does not receive your payment card details through the app.

04

Sharing and export

TryClock only shares information when you choose an export or share action. Android then shows its system share interface, and you select the destination. The receiving app or service handles that information under its own privacy policy.

05

Permissions

  • Notifications: used only for reminders you enable.
  • Restart handling: used to restore enabled reminders after the device restarts.

Photo and document selection uses Android’s system picker and does not grant TryClock unrestricted access to your media library.

06

Retention and deletion

Records remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall TryClock. Uninstalling removes local app data, subject to Android’s device-backup behavior. You can also delete individual records inside the app.

07

Children’s privacy

TryClock is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. The app does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

08

Security

TryClock minimizes data exposure by keeping the core experience offline and by avoiding accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, and behavioral tracking. No method of device storage is completely risk-free, so keep your device secured and updated.

09

Changes to this policy

This page will be updated if TryClock’s data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
